Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer standard shipping to the United States and Canada.

United States: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at aliciamhernandez468@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.
